I fully agree with the point that Public Hospitals are way better than Private the only issue it’s Queues. Immunisation for children is way expensive in private whereas public it’s for free. Kodwa ANC needs to be removed it’s ran its course.

Thina at uMsinga we got electricity in 2018!! So what change did Mbeki bring at uMsinga, after identifying the place as the deep rural area of the country 🤔. Even today we walk more than 12KM to get to high schools, in the past three years there're few young lives lost in riversides crossing to school since there're no bridges.
