Background music so annoying.
Your candid discussion has resonated deeply, as 'uncomfortable' barely scratches the surface of the emotions many of us experience regarding this issue. Thank you for shedding light on this critical topic and using relatable anecdotes and expressive pauses to drive home your points – your engaging approach makes a complex subject more accessible.
As an American, it is so refreshing to see the positives of Nigeria that the media never shows. The homes and neighborhoods are beautiful❤ Love and hugs from Virginia, US
Wakanda Forever
Lakowe is the real deal….so beautiful ❤❤❤
Ridiculously over priced, but for Africa they are nice. The homes priced 250-400k are the best value. But still overpriced.
Looks like we focus more on the physical structures and pay less attention to the aesthetics of the surrounding environment – I rarely see well manicured, evenly green surroundings, I see littered surroundings, brown patches of green areas, etc.
Why invest so much money on the physical structure and pay scanty attention to your surroundings that ought to complement and complete your investment?
Why does Nigeria work like 1% of 1% makes Nigeria advanced? Visit South Africa. Even Nairobi has a large – relatively poor – but large middle class. We are looking up to Nigeria – and have been for a while – but you are allowing your Government officials to steal all your money. And the Army is involved. So I don't know the solution. Maybe God. But Nigeria should be leading us all.
These videos inspire young adults like myself to keep working hard and finishing school in order to afford houses like these. These are outstanding homes.
But wait o who give us right to put price tag for land way God give us for free,😃
I couldn't see any life around!!?
No cars no people? 😮
Im an engineer from America. Born and raised American. I wouldn't mind moving as long as I maintained my American citizenship.
1st of all let me say this, those homes are beautiful, but a waste of money, reason why, if you died today or tommorrow, you cant take it with you!! And once you are dead, then someone else in your family gets it and destroy it!! And then me being an American work hard to build a senseable home, that i can leave it to my children, not for a whole village so they can show off!!! Here Americans are building smaller home always respecting the economy!!! At the end of the day buying a home is about living a decent normal life, not showing off for other peoole or a village!! You may be able to buy a home like but it doesnt mean anything if you cant physically and finanically maintain it!!! And if you cant maintain it, its a waste of money!@@@😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
They should plant more trees
This is so nice to watch Lagos is beautiful
I thought eko atlantic was supposed to reduce the density of lagos population?
Are those properties in USDollars?
Go to Burkina Faso it is good
That's the place of my habibi beautiful place and nice views.watching from Lamao Limay Bataan Philippines 🇵🇭 ❤
They don't even build garages for million dollar homes. They build car ports. I don't get it. No garden, no garage, no tree, no swimming pools in most homes.
There is no tree on the streets, no trees in the yards ,no swimming pools despite the heat. I just don't understand why Nigerians hate nature.
Please, my Nigerian brothers and sisters, start planning trees and having beautiful gardens. Why will a million dollar home have nothing but concrete on the front and backyard? I don't even see any swimming pool on most homes in lagos.
Calling an estate Banana 🍌 is crerrrraaaaaazzzzyy
Damn they are hideous ..im sorry but just giant walls no curb appeal…whats with those black and white pavements …
Help me understand why high roof 😂😂😂😂😂
I loved my stay at Lakowe so muchhhhh. The security is top notch, the ambience, the surrondimgs, the quietness, the view, the water side, the golf area, the resort, everything. I love it so so much. Beats everywhere I have been too, you will feel calm here, you will feel at peace here

Please how much can I buy 2 bed room flat
Their version of Luxury is always 10-20 years behind the trend. These houses look like 90's gaudy MTV mansions. Also there is nothing around. No fine dining, luxury attractions and activities. entertainment. They just look locked up in the middle of no where. Not impressed
