As a Caribbean that went to Mexico last year I was surprised at how little they know about us! We need to travel to neighbouring countries more and educate each other about the whole of Central America!

When I went to jamaican and ate goat I loved it. Whomever prepared my goat here in California nasty. But that curry goat does not taste like goat and I enjoyed it❤
I think it’s sooo cool and interesting that Caribbean, Latin and even phillipino foods are so similar. Especially the stews
