  1. What do you do in moments where your social life doesn’t match your fitness goals 😢

Like I noticed that my friends like to go out to eat and drink and I feel bad having to say no but when Im out with them I feel easily pressured. Have you been in that position before? How did you navigate through that?

  2. The problems
    1. Food/Sugar addiction is the biggest addiction in America.
    2. Calories on nutritional labels are inaccurate.
    3. Apple watches and Fitbits are inaccurate, reportedly up to 100% (yikes)
    4. There's so much hidden sugars in foods that peoples insulin levels are high and its hard to lose fat when insulin is high.
    5. Sleep deprivation, the lack of sleep also makes it hard to lose fat.
    6. A low to moderate protein diet doesn't cause muscle breakdown, that's a myth started by the protein industry to sell protein shakes.. Our bodies don't metabolize muscle until our fat stores are gone (catabolism).

  3. wait im comfused or probs just overthinking… so my sedentary cals i should eat from the calculator was 1.8k and if i work out 3-5 days its 2.4k. so the days i rest do i eat 1.8k and the days i workout are 2.4k??? or is it just 2.4k no matter what?

  4. Okay but the problem for me lies in the fact that when I seem to workout more. I don’t lose. Recently I’ve been brisk walking 3 miles a day. And doing a calorie deficit. TDEE calculator says I should be eating at 1400 cals to be in a deficit. I was doing this in combination with my 3 miles (averaging about 8-10k steps a day). And I’m literally maintaining🤦🏾‍♀️ I’ve lost weight before so this ain’t my first time. I’m just wondering should I be eating MORE since I work out more? Bc I’ve been told to choose sedentary when doing the TDEE.

  5. All this is accurate af but your before pics don’t show an entirely overweight person so it’s not going to be easy for shorter actual obese people. Maybe recommend other things like therapy and hormonal balancing because this is the same stuff repeated by everyone and it’s not helping EVERYONE lol

  6. Yall don’t have kids or a husband. It’s going to be in the house. I’m trying to include a tiny small portion in my routine so I don’t crave and overeat or overindulge because kids and hubby don’t follow my health journey. Also I started menopause early. So my hormones are wack. I be hungry for no damn reasons and I’m in my 30s. That hysterectomy was real

  7. Can you make a video explaining what to do if you’ve made the mistake of unintentionally lowering maintenance calories and how to fix that? Also ways to speed up metabolism ? I LOVE YOU STINK
