This is so true when I was in high school their was this group of kids that were from either Dominican Republic, cuba, or Nigeria and I was doing a project for immigration preastion mounth and when I interviewed this one girl who was Dominican and Cuban she told me that her people came to take recorces and she also said that she was told to stay away from black people and she was not allowed to date black guys.
I wonder if they’ll try to blend in with a new accent during the possible future they may face. Most Africans can’t emulate our dialect or accent but they can imitate a white accent well. That will be the mark that tells who they are.
