  1. Stew looks yummy. One thing: the vegetable oil is really high in cholesterol so using another kind of oil perhaps canola and most healthy could be coconut, peanut or any healthier oil. As we “season” we do need to watch fat intake. Especially if we are still taking in s lot of carbs. Looks like I would be ready to dig in!!

  2. Your video came as recommended, YouTube couldn’t be more right this time. I had to subscribe, your recipe are simply mouth watering and your personality put a smile on my face keep up dear💞

  3. Even though I was not keen on ur personality, trying to be funny forcefully and wanting to be classy, it may take just a little getting used to. On the other hand you have raised the bar for Nigerian chefs, proffessional, aesthetics, good recipes, a huge no of videos, good lightening and proffessional cast. I like u better when the real u came out with the camera man, it was genuinely funny and real. All in all well done. P.s. ur also the most beatiful nija cook on the media, and that includes nija chefs born here in the uk. Just show the real u more.

  4. Nice recipe. However, I bought a cookworks food processor but for some reason, it wouldn’t blend my peppers! Had to return it to Argos. I don’t know if it’s about the brand. Any advice on the brand or how to use the food processor to blend? Your response will be much appreciated, as it will make my life easier for making not only ayamashe, but all of my sauces. I look forward to your response. Kind Regards. Let me know if you need an email address and I’ll send you one. Bless you loads.
