I paired beef liver and beef cheek with spinach and mustard greens along with Japanese sweet potatoes. I love blueberries and eat them like it's my job. Everything on the do not eat list for anemia are some of my favorite foods. Now I feel a bit lost on what I should be eating. 🤦🏾‍♀️
