  1. I'd suggest people don't sleep on VR either! VR will be a great additional income stream for many people, there are already people in the space that have been making money for some years now. Either as a builder, scripter, VR DJ, VR Artist, etc. Or just extending their real life skill or business into VR as well. A lot of the VR platforms out there today can be connected to with a laptop, some even with a phone!

  2. Hello,

I am a systems engineer making $75k/yr. My wife is a school administrator. While it is a good job, and a fantastic company, we're still living paycheck to paycheck, my time with my family is limited, and because we can't really set anything aside, looking after our parents in the next few years is going to be Very difficult. Let alone having anything set aside for medical expenses, sudden house repairs, new tires, etc. Lastly, the equivalent of ~2days each week is spend with me driving to and from the office.

I'm looking for a 'way out', for myself and family.

If I transition to digital marketing, I need to know a few things:

    – Because we're living paycheck to paycheck, I'll need to be able to hop into the new career making close to what I'm currently making. Is that possible?

    – If I learn this new skill, will the career opportunities potentially disappear in a few years?

I'm not a stranger to hard work, nor a stranger to hard work not paying off, unfortunately. I truly, finally, want to find something wherein I can support my family and we can leverage those skills into a sustainable business that, hopefully, we can all do together. Life is too short to spend most of it away from family.

    I appreciate your honest feedback
