As an Indian – I don’t think there’s a hard fast “rule” that you have to only use one hand to eat…. I don’t know why so many non-Indian foodie YouTubers think so? 🧐
As a Punjabi – I can’t eat Indian sweets. They’re way too sweet for me. Once in a blue moon, I may take a bite of gulab jaman or rasmalai.

I am so confused. Is the delicate round hollow fried balls fuchka or puchka? I think out of everything I have seen of Indian food…I soooo want to try and learn how to make them. I don't eat a lot, even though I love food. So, a one bite burst of flavor AND spice…is so amazing to me.
