my dear dont dress up like that unless you are in resort..people there are dont like it,..what you wore is considered naked…please respect the locals..also reduces the chances of you being harrased by the locals as they dont like their children seeing nakedness

The guide lied to you. Its called Ngome Kongwe simply meaning Old Fort. It was built by the Portuguese not Arabs. Nobody has ever called it an Arab fort.
