  1. Have a nice day! Thanks for the recipes, it's very interesting to learn Zambian cuisine. It's unusual, but delicious. I noticed that you add onions and tomatoes to all dishes. Is this a feature of Zambian cuisine? I want to learn how to cook traditionally, because my fiance is Zambian.

  2. Is this fish a Nile Perch or Tilapia? Is it just dried in the sun or smoked and dried? It looks tasty, but as an outsider (muzungu) the West African (especially Nigerian) smoked fish appeals more. Do Zambians use peanut sauces and chillies like in other parts of Africa? Zambian food seems to be less spicey and yet in some European supermarkets, they sell chillies from Zambia. I'm interested in trying to cook different African foods as we don't see them so much in Europe, but the meals that I've eaten, I've really enjoyed.

  3. First you shoul fry the fish then you put Onion then you put Ginger garlic past some Spices and Masterd past add salt and turmeric powder and tomato and cook.. Don't mind i just recommend you🙏
