Zambian FOOD | Cooking cassava leaves with ubwali
Hey lovelies , happy Sunday! Today I bring you into my kitchen as I prepare one of my favourite dishes, Isabi ( fried Tilapia) , Katapa( cassava leaves) and ubwali. Disclaimer I have added my own twist to the katapa as I was inspired my the way the West African people cook theirs. The joy of cooking is to make it suits your tastes. Hope you enjoy !

That tilapia was fried to perfection!😁 I trust a Zambian with my fish. First time seeing peanut butter in pondu, interesting. I'll try. But when you put the palm oil I was like "that's my girl "!
