I've read this book and this story line doesn't sound like the one in the book. 😳
This looks very good.
Reminds me of "The World, the Flesh and the Devil" starring Harry Belafonte. From 1959 – action took place in New York.

Why does this shot remind me of another sci-fi film? Anyone?
I read the book for summer reading a few years ago and I'm pretty sure they added a whole new character and changed the entire story.
I think they made a show about this already, its called "The Last Man On Earth."
