  1. What a beautiful lady. This content is great. I'm a health nut myself I even started a YouTube channel about mind and body wellness called "Supreme Health Total Mind and Body Wellness." We as blcks tend to have a high percentage of preventable diseases, so it's good to see this initiative to educate the diaspora about staying healthy.

  2. I love this new content! I've always worked out & I try to keep up a relatively regular schedule. However, lately, I have been fighting lots of intense cake & cookie cravings. I'm struggling to keep my diet all healthy, but I am working on it.

  3. Please stop eating too much(greed). One meal per day between 1pm-4pm, especially if you work INSIDE in an office. Outside workers and more physical jobs can eat a little more, but intermittent fasting will cure most of your dis ease. Make sure you get plenty of SUNLIGHT🌞(VITAMIN D) is IMPERATIVE for melanated DNA👽🧘🏽‍♂️🌞🌍🌙🌠 Cut the spirits out and stop polluting your lungs with smoke😩Take a multi vitamin too until you can get your food intake proper and drink lots of clean water🫡 Healthy, happy and nappy is the way🫶🏽🖤1🌬

  4. I noticed at my gym that more of US are starting to come and workout more. It is such a beautiful site to see 💪🏾 But I work out for about 45 minutes to an hour, five days a week at the gym. Afterwards, I walk 10,000 steps. I drink plenty of water and try to eat salad everyday. Thanks for the video!!!
