  1. Hi, I was the one who asked if the recipe could be converted to grams
    I eventually converted it myself
    This is it:
    Flour 157g
Sugar(I didn't use half 1/2 cup powdered sugar which is 125g. I used 100g icing sugar because I don't like my snacks overly sweet. I also didn't have powdered sugar at hand so I blended 100g granulated sugar with 1/2 tablespoon tbsp of corn flour until it became powdered sugar and then I sifted it for lumps. The corn flour I added while blending the sugar is different from the corn flour required for this cookie recipe as I still added that too)
Butter 113g ( I used margarine and it already had salt so I didn't bother to add anymore salt)
Corn flour (I didn't convert this to grams, I went ahead to use 2 tablespoons tbsp as stated in the recipe)
Egg yolk 1 (I did my research for why she used only egg yolk and not whole egg and I found out that using only the yolk created a more crunchy cookie as to using whole eggs)
Vanilla flavour or essence 1 teaspoon tsp
Evaporated or liquid milk 1 tablespoon tbsp

I mixed it all as shown in the video and piped the dough using wilton 8B piping tip and left to chill in the fridge for 20 minutes while I heated the oven in that time.
I left it to bake for 20 minutes and left it to cool for an hour to harden a bit
    It was really yummy!
    Thank you ❤

  2. Never made cookies before, but you recipe was encouraging so I attempted and my cookies are just awesome! Thank you. I only had to do 40 minutes instead of 20 in the oven.
