  1. What tedium of a session! If you managed to listen to the end your endurance is to be highly commended! Out of 6 “gominas” only one showed up and, not surprisingly, he had precious NOTHING to say! How could it be otherwise? Surely, no one can be surprised. The only one to feel for is Prof Akintoye who had to sit up and listen to so much garbage! Heaven help Yoruba land!

By the way, notice that by design, no one could call in and give them a piece of his mind!! Your question had to be typed in so that it can be selected if it is not too “inconvenient”. Tell me, who is fooling who?

  2. It is very painful listening to Governor Akeredolu comparing joblessness in Nigeria to that in other parts of the world where Governments do provide unemployment benefit for the jobless and make sure that wages across their nations are, LIVING WAGES, and not just miserable minimum which always does not take most workers home.
He also mentioned the issue of there being not enough money for creating job opportunities.
Where do, they, in Government find their huge monthly take-home pays, in multiples of tens of millions?

The question to ask; just what is the duty of Government?
They receive Security allocations, yet the people live in fear.
They collect tax and can even borrow money; the Government are unable to use such facilities to create employment opportunities!

One thing is clear from all of these is that the people we call leaders are incompetent opportunists and reckless looters!
Compare them with the Legendary Obafemi Awolowo who from one farm product, cocoa, performed the Wonders which everybody knows
    about.
