Yoga for Nurses & Doctors | 15 Minutes

Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is YOGA FOR NURSES & DOCTORS. I thought of my nurse & doctor friends when making this video. I know they work long hours & in my mind, their work can be just as emotionally taxing as physically taxing. 1. I’m a massage therapist and really appreciated this. I also notice day to day that most people who come to me hold what I call a lot of ‘weight of the world stress’ mainly neck and shoulder tension, going from the base of the neck, the shoulders, upper back and sometimes down to the lower back, those hips be locking up and lying lol, it's all the hunching over our devices doing us in !
So a shake that weight off routine would be nice.
Thank you for all you do❤ I’m loving all these blues and greens you’re wearing lately. 💚🩵💙

  2. This was great! I too, am a nurse & this feels so good. Are there modifications that can be done? I had total knee replacement surgery and although it bends just fine it is hard to get down on it and hold a kneeling pose.

  3. I included myself as a caregiver in relation. I feel like i have the most tension in my shoulders and and neck and I realise that through the practice when asked to lean my head left or right. Rotating usually is ok after focusing on it a bit but definitely rough on the sides for me. ✌🏾✊🏾💐 thx ❤

  4. I am a veterinary nurse and I loved this so much, very much appreciated. The hip stretches were needed and the affirmations were spot on 🙂
A back focused practice would be class. Thank you muc, love your videos. X

  5. Gratitude for making a video for us in the medical field. I am a Pediatric Nurse. I have fallen off my yoga routine but have started again today! My tension areas are my core area, lower back, hips & thighs. Thank you for honoring us as it is Nurse appreciation week 🩷🩷

  6. not a nurse and not a doctor yet, but spending lots of time learning in the hospital today. the feet and calf stretches especially really hit exactly where it was needed today! greatly appreachiate the practice and will definetly save it to revisit in the future. 🖤

  7. I’m not a nurse or doctor but that’s ok! I’m here in support 😊 Thank you to all of the medical professionals who make a difference in this world 🩵
