I liked this, but it’s not really yin yoga. More of just a deep stretch yoga. I loved how relaxing it was, though.
this was great. LOL thought it was going to be more painful than it was b/c I don't normally hold my stretches long.

Yin yoga is one of my favourite practices, it’s always so gentle and allows the body to sink further into the position. That fire log pose tho was really good for my hips. Will be doing this again. Thanks Nico 💛💛💛

I loved this practice! It was calm and challenging in it's own way, it also made me realize my left hip isn't as flexible as my right.
This was calming and balancing. It allowed me to totally let go and feel the ground is my safety net always for the stuff in my life. It's solid as rock and has my back. Beautiful to do these yoga moves. Thank you my sister for your space and time.
