  1. The human chromosomes are 46, not 46 and half or .25 or ….. The apes are 48 chromosomes. Also, apes cannot bread with humans under the DNA blocker, which is why humans and apes are completely different creatures. This is not because of religious beliefs; these are common sense observations. Also, both coexists together in the environment and should bread together if they are the same family, but they are not. All these observations of our common sense leads to that Apes are not our ancestors and the theory of Darwin is completely false and illogical. You don't need to believe me either, believe your common sense, and your critical thinking. People should not believe everything they hear. People should use critical thinking and observations. Dont be like saying he or she they are scientists and who am i to ask or criticize, I'm not smart as these scientists. People should never believe anything and should criticize everything, whether it's religion or science. This is called critical thinking and using our common sense.

  2. Its called zoopharmacognosy & occurs in many species not just the ones we think are like us. Look up Caroline Ingraham applied zoopharmacognosy for many example videos of animals of all kinds self-selecting herbs & essential oils for medicinal use.

  3. deer also do this it is amazing, but as humans we need to stop being so narcissistic and believe we are the only species with intelligence, or the ability to utilize our environments, medicine wise and other

  4. Even in Nature survival TV programs of Discovery Ch etc. Participants always try to find meat or any type of animals to feed their hungry stomach for proteins, they don't try to survive on plant based diet available in plenty, they even think yo leave the challange in absence of animals hunt to eat , why they show such behaviour

  5. Lindus after 4000 years: 29th Avtar of Vishnu came in the form of Orangutan 🦧, he was the first medical scientist pro max, and he was so powerful, he jumped and eat milky way galaxy and saved the world from a Dangerous Rakshas 👺. 😂😂😂

  6. We Africans have known this for ages about animals and their intelligence of using herbs and other materials to cure their problem. So, when I heard and saw this publication, that portrays as if this is the first, I'm like what the heck!

  7. I don't think it's all that different to digsband cats who lick their wounds to keep it clean.

Animals learn things from instinct or from what other creatures do.

Orang-utans like other primates follow by example so it's very possible that he has seen native people applying this leaf to their wounds and he has learnt through example.

Animals do know how to survive in the wild. How is it that cats know they shouldn't eat dead meat

Or that dogs can for a hierarchy or the beds know how to build their nest and bees make their honey.

Its all through instinct and example and the will to survive.
