  1. Cape Town is a divided metropolis, one that is both beautiful and deadly. Donal MacIntyre investigates how much crime affects those who live here and the extraordinary lengths South Africans go to protect themselves.

  2. Why is such a mystery, for some strange reason this same epidemic has also started inflicting London, Paris, & Sweden along with cities in Italy & Germany. Oddly same thing happened to Detroit, St Louis, among other American cities once they became diverse. But nobody can figure out why or that has anything to do with some demographics having much higher rates of Sociopathy then others.

  3. Cape Town is like any other city… Just more beautiful I would say personally. I can think of worse cities in Europe.

Also, the footage is clearly outdated… by a decade or even two…

  4. once your kid gets hooked on tik, he becomes a completely different person. i feel it for this mother, who went through the same problems many other parents are going through

  5. What's this kak about "appartheid". Thought this story was about crime in Capetown.
In "apartheid" the job was done.
This story was done 20 years plus after "appartheid".
When is this "appartheid" root cause going to stop. Crime is motivated by greed and disrespect. Wtf?

  6. The whites should fix the problem they created in Cape Town, if not, they will face the same fears and consequences of what the coloured communities face every day, the DA Party ruled over Cape Town for over 17 years, and they made it worse by ignoring the problem of gangs.

  7. These police officers are 50x more active than they normally would be in our townships..for the cameras! I live in Westbury and you never see then run after anyone…no sweat gets broken..our cops don't earn any respect in South Africa

  8. Enjoying you videos 👍 chuckle at the name Donal, I have a Uncle Donal and his wife has not been able to say his name, without really trying hard, she calls him Don and they’ve been married 55 years 🤣
My parents emigrated from Ireland and ten years later, two of her baby brothers followed, don’t worry, still left 9 siblings on her side 😂

  9. Here is what you dont say , and that is, who is conducting the murders? The answer is
Its black on black and black on white. That which you also dont say, is that you currently have legislated racially descrimanatory laws against whites people. In South Africa..but of course you dont mention that
The only internatinaly accepted racial laws.

  10. Welcome to the benefits of western imperialism, the natives are left crippled in somewhat subhuman conditions whilst the whites live a privileged life and this pattern is repeatedly seen across the occupied world. The worst two extreme examples where the indigenous and thier culture has literally been obliterated. Australia and North American Indians 🤷🏽‍♂️

Until this ideology is not thwarted the peoples of these nations can not move forward.

  11. I PARTICULARLY ENJOYED THIS EPISODE COS I'M A WHITE SOUTH AFRICAN in Natal. believe me lots of crimes there too. lol. you told the story well. covered all angles. the criminals. their victims, the protectors, and their reasons.. well done. I can relate to how poor people, white or of color would do petty crimes for survival. I don't understand the need for violence and I don't understand why rich people also commit crimes. I suppose to keep up their standards of living. thanx for the exposure. blessed be

  12. Sorry boet. You have no idea what your talking about. During apartheid crime was at an all time low. During Mandela's presidency, SOUTH AFRICA'S crime was àt an all time low. You should get you facts straight. Our new so called government is a bunch of idiots that leave people hungry. They don't have Mandela's class and they never will.

  13. And here we go. Lets blame apartheid for everything. During apartheid, the country was not this violent. After 94 it became a free for all with the police becoming corrupt, the courts being lenient on criminals and run by an extremely corrupt government. America and most other countries around the world had segregation or apartheid in one form or another and why are they not this bad.

Take a look how violent the US has turned out since Biden and his woke degenerates took over. Crime and violence has shot up. After 29 years of freedom, things have become a million times worse. It is simply that criminals have been given a free hand in destroying this country together with corrupt politicians and civil servants that have destroyed everything. This has nothing to do with apartheid, but a sense of entitlement by the majority.

  14. 27:50 A guy who once unabashedly cut out someone's heart while they were still alive (not for long I guess), now unsettled by the depravity of current generation of gangs. Geez the situation has got so bad.
