Military conflict between proxies is unlikely 2 ever reach a negotiation table. A War of attrition has a dynamic of tragedy that does not naturally resolve itself only leading to escalation beyond. Instead of WW3, powers in the area have to develop relations 4 Co existence. A framework 4 resolving the issues beyond the hate and fury.
