  1. No surprise there then and Cambodia is one of the worse country in comparison to it neighboring Southeast Asia countries on protection law, whether it is for children or on the local citizens in general.
    Singapore, Malay and Thailand are probably the only three countries from the SEA that Standardized human rights protection on par to the majority of legal global acceptances.
