  1. Commentator I stand with the others, you misunderstood the man. He used equations because math is a universal language that is understood by all those no matter what primary language you may use. It helps give an example that should be easy to follow.

  2. He gets it. ?X=Y. I get his point. He was right, we have to do an unknown amount of work to get the same results and we may never get them. I feel like his point was misunderstood for some reason. It was crystal clear to me. He was saying we don't have to work twice as hard; we have to work insanely hard. He was also saying if we only had to work twice as hard, we would take it. I don't think he reduced us to equations, WE are the ones who say we have to work twice as hard. I think you were being a little too literal.

  3. Sorry honey. What you said was the furtherest from what he said. Yes I'm a brown person. This video should be removed. Cause it's the same thing I don't won't white people doing to us.

  4. Black people don't work a fourth as hard: affirmitive action, quotas, etc. Maybe if they kept a job for more than a week employers would consider them outside of affirmitive action 😂

  5. His rant is the rant of a delusional Caucasian. It takes courage to tell the truth and it's not many of them that have that type of courage.

  6. YOU WHITE PEOPLE BRAG ABOUT NOT HAVING AN EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND IN CORPORATE, STATE, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES BUT MAKE SIX FIGURES AND BRAG ABOUT IT IN CORPORATE MEETINGS.

  7. At the end of the day, blacks must try to create their own businesses and employ themselves. I don't how but that must be the focus. Working for that man is unhealthy. They either give you the most difficult tasks or tasks that WP do not want. You can win.

  8. This was asburd. While his point was understood. You do have to work harder. Why was that not the focus. The great grandparents had to work twice, we now wòrk 10 times as hard. Why? Worst because your black you're held to imaginary standards ,and even when surpassing those imaginary and real standards you wont be promoted. Pass up, the non production white dude guy becomes head, while your work makes him look good. Companies even have unspoken policy and rules in which blk men can not be higher than needed.

  9. He's correct, and it's everywhere we turn. We must have a siliconed ducks back.
Overall, it varies from situation to situation, but it's much harder in just about all situations that we work at least 5-10X harder and even harder im some situations just to come close.
I agree with him…We don't want equality, we want Justice, fairness, and mercy.
I'm sick and tired of us stepping on the people who try to show compassion…STOP! 😢

  10. No ma’am!! You don’t get it!!! He was saying that we unfortunately have to work harder than 2 times that of whites!!! And he disagreed with that!!!! Your response to him was short sighted and shameful!!!
