‘Idunne (You Alone)’ by Wiyaala.
Lyrics Translation
you alone
can make me sleep
you alone
can make me breathe
there is no one else
but you alone
there is no one else
but you alone
When I want to eat
You alone
Are in my mind
And I am full
When I am thirsty

  1. The stone the builders rejected surely has become the head stone! I have always believed in you and I am overwhelmed with joy and extremely proud of you and your achievement. Go higher Wiyaala!!

  2. Hi! I can't find the actual lyrics in Sisala language anywhere : (
I am using this song for a very important essay in school. Can anyone write out the lyrics and translation next to each sentence kindly? Or reply with a link to something similar? Any help would be appreciated <3

  3. Wiyaala, you are doing a great job in promoting the African culture and the motherland (Gh). I leave in the diaspora and I have a music group where we perform Afrocentric songs such as this. I have tried to look for the original lyrics (in your local dialect I mean) to your songs to perform in our small gigs here in europe but these lyrics are just not available on the internet. It is good that you provided a translation to your songs but it will be even better to provide the original lyrics to these gems so we can promote your songs out here through our small gigs since our music industry (Gh) has refused to see these gems you put out. Thanks and keep on the good work, the whole world will here of you soon.

  4. Wow..I have been missing good songs for long. Wiyaala has an excellent voice and composes good songs. I remember she sang this song at TV3 Mentors some years ago. My eardrums have been destroyed by Pataapa for far too long.
