  1. definitely appreciated the switch up with the moves, this was a little different, i would say medium/intermediate difficulty, not requiring too much from the body to give it a really good all over stretch! <3 <3 <3

  2. Thank you for the warm up. Difficulty level was a 6 for me this morning. Balance was the main thing, but your exercises were easy to follow, and I got a really great stretch in.
