Does wearing makeup to the gym help? I’m trying to be healthier and putting makeup on always helps me get out the house fr instead of just thinking about it but idk if I could handle the feel of sweat and powder and foundation. Is there anything you would recommend or a specific makeup routine like maybe only liquid products or spot concealing idkkkk I have sensory issues and sweating feels horrible to me so i don’t think a bit of makeup will make too much of a difference personally but I’ve never tried and would have to wash instantly after getting home which feels wasteful. Any thoughts would be helpful ❤
