Your information is wrong about buying land around dangote refinery. Other companies have boundaries with the refinery.
Individual land are 4 or more kilometres away from the refinery which is not bad for residential. Stop misleading people because you was to that stupid land your are advertising.
Free trade zone is about 2 kilometres before the refinery After the refinery there many and companies, opposite the refinery there is seaports and dangote jetty, etc
None of you want to talk about the hazardous danger of building a house near a refinary huh? Air pollution and water pollution.
