Hey buddy, those fish need a bigger tank, for more space for the fish and fish waste, with more water the fish waste is less effective to the the fish health, they should have at least 10 gallons right now. They are affordable and easy, and you can purchase a syphon that has a wider base and will collect fish waste during a water change
