Great waiters and waitresses make 70-80,000 a year if not more in tips. That's why certain restaurants make servers share their tips with bussers and bartenders. Personally , I would hide my tips if I had to share.
If the employee doesn't make enough in tips, the employer has to pay up to minimum wage.
America has NEVER gotten rid of slavery. It has evolved into different forms. That’s why they need a whole new generation of slaves willing to work three jobs to survive.

Ive been in plenty of asian restaurants add in and promote tipping. If it's part of their culture in their country, its only because of the government policies.
Instead of protesting for other countries why not protest tge inflation in this country?

I do not believe in the shared tip process, if you are a poor server or waiter and don’t work hard for your tips and on the flipside, you have someone that’s excellent at their job I do not believe that person should have to share their hard earned tips with someone, that doesn’t take their job as serious and displays poor service.
So black people say that they don't tip bcuz they know that they'll get poor service, all you're doing is just confirming the stereotype. The server just thinks "typical".

Every time the states try to raise the minimum wage and include waitresses you get so many that seem like they're paid to say they just want to stay at a lower rage. And that's going to affect their tips. In 2024 of Michigan make $3.65 when it was trying to be put on the ballot to make minimum wage in Michigan a minimum of $12 since it's now $10.33 many of the waitresses mainly in the Caucasian community said they didn't want a wage increasing !!
AND "OUT" THESE CHEAP LABOR RESTAURANTS ON THE INTERNET SO THE PUBLIC CAN HELP YOU BOYCOTT AND SHAME THE OWNERS AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I tip on service if I gotta look for you there goes your mandatory $20 mandatory especially if my drink go halfway and I finish it and you still ain't come around why would I tip you I could've got my own plate
