I am European, born in Belgium, I lived 2 years in South Africa in Cape town, and I must say that it was the most beautiful years of my life, South Africa is not a perfect country but you feel good there, unfortunately it is difficult to get a visa and a job when you are European.
Decline of immigration is because the western countries are only accepting muslims and east indians.
