Those whites are sticking together and not being fully truthful as to what totally happened due to his incapacity. White people are often not challenged by the law as to what is their responsibility their duty or their fault. Their silence is the full recognition that they should be held accountable for the whole criminal charges period.
The hiring is only aesthetic in order to say that their not discriminating against blacks in their hiring practices. I've experienced the same nefarious behavior on the blue collar level, where they require that you achieve a certain rate level, in which the management is the only one to know whether you are achieving the rate or not, no way for you yourself to adjust what speed you might need to reach in order to satisfy this rate process they've created. If it weren't for the kind of work ethic I was raised to have, they could gaslight me all day about achieving a rate. Anytime I hear a prospective employer speak about achieving some rate, I know they own that BS, and I just keep pushin. So the process is: Give the ninja a warning, then you give a ninja a write up and then you're out the door. So it doesn't have anything to do with perfect attendance or being subordinate to your supervisor, it's about fast trackin yo a$$ out the door and putting some immigrant in the place you once occupied. Forget these folks.Their every waking moment is to scheme up a new way to screw my people, and I am tired of all this kind of crap, with all that my people have given to this so called country.
