@Stylehypercars007

The way all this people dey put their news on anytin naija dey vex me walai, adding sugar to our matter 😂😂

@JoyceAppia-cj1od

they fighting online because they are unfit to fight in real life

@akhibiossie9692

As a Nigerian, I am compelled to address the gross inaccuracies in your statement. The alleged airlift of individuals from South Africa to Nigeria and attacks on South African businesses in Nigeria are entirely unfounded. I emphasize the importance of verifying information to prevent the spread of misinformation and promote peaceful cooperation among African countries.

@Light_to.D_world

I read so many comment of SA peope saying Chidinma birth certificate was bought, if certificate can be bought from such important ministry that means SA system is corrupt and faulty

@karabonkabinde7290

You're narrating the story wrong.

Home affairs said Chidimma's very own identity, is the one that there's prima facie evidence was acquired fraudulently.

Wow. And this is Aljazeera?

@LM-rg9lj

This is all about Nigerians not wanting to go back to their lovely country…for goodness sake 😮

@Tigererolo

It is funny how Aljazeera is so hypocritical. It's a channel owned by a government which does everything wrong for liberal values. You will never hear them report on it. I now think Qatar has an agenda to stir culture wars in the west and everywhere else while never commenting on the backwardness and serious issues in the islamic world.

@Lionsmaneisdangerous

Sad… 😢

@Jonyblaze143

Stop and search every nigerian for documents. Even if they are legit. Deport back to Edo State .

@read.a.book1975

cos they being really stupid – and i am south african

@Ennui83

This is what South Africa gets for continuing their xenophobia.

@Lebitso

Nigerians must just go home… why do they hate their country so much?

@SamuelNgwana

Main problem is drugs that Nigerians are selling

@kes136

Her mother was wrong. You cant steal the identity of another woman and represent the women of that country. Thats fraud. South Africa was not wrong.

@thursty3858

She doesn't have papers to be in SA. Such a Nigerian move 😂😂😂

@mrsoshadabaadman

Forgot that Chichi's mom is wanted by authorities. Despite her fleeing 😂

@donmeow

Utter garbage! She was not born in SA, that’s why her parents felt they needed to procure SA identification for her.

@Winnings2024

Its crazy how South Africans think Nigerians are crooks without their own peoples input lol. Your people aid them they are also corrupt.

@AfroKingExplorer

Nice 😊 I’m on Naija team 😂😂

This is what the white demon empire usa and europe does divide and rule they give a dead white man saying that he is our god fake false religion

@ingamgoduka57

Al Jazeera lack of research she was not born in South Africa her parents arrive in South Africa in 2010 during world cup they already had her. And committed a fraud stealing another girl's Identity for to study in Africa.

@LambaniTshuma-dg9re

Sòuth Africans are a disgrace honestly…..apartheid damaged them

@JasonTaylor-s8i

Embassies should be closed in those two countries and end ties , it’s as easy as that so this Hate will have its bounds

@drea7295

Its definitely not Chidima,south Africa won twice in a way,but sadly chidima is the face of identity fraud snd illegal immigration i dont think that will go down well at miss universe.just like Nigerians to do something like this they just never gave thier own girls a chance basically .the war will go on at the miss universe as south Africa competes with south Africa basically, chidima is south African by her upbringing but not by true citizenship.

@abrahamsasa3439

Is this unbiased reporting???
A crime has been committed and still not recified
Chidima is parading under a false identity document
Don't you think is fair to say that South Africa has a right to object???

@alexkganyago1469

No retreat, no surrender. Lets help Nigerians learn accountability.

@habeebmusa1216

South Africans just feel important and we Nigerian doesn't humble ourselves in front of arrogant people.

@anthonymanderson7671

Funny thing is that africans would love to demand respect from everyone across the world meanwhile we love fighting amongst ourselves.

It's wild how the beef went to world news. I thought it was just few tictoc trolls

@KingPaddy78

Why is this nonsense news

@leszjacobs1637

This is not the beginning of the feud between our nations. South Africans are sick and tired of Nigerians selling drugs and committing other crimes such as human trafficking in South Africa. Their attitude towards SAns in SA is atrocious and they act like they are untouchable, they can just do as they please.

SAns rightfully voice their anger against these arrogant Nigerians and now they label SAns as xenophobic.

All I can say is that only black South Africans are enraged at this and that should highlight something. Its not a “South African” thing

@MzingayeSibanda

South Africans are the DUMBEST in the continent it's so sad 😂😂😂😂😂

@patmtc477

I learned that Africans are really easy to manipulate. The media peddled this Miss Universe girl's story in the headlines but sidelined a story that involved Libyans linked to ISIS that were training in South Africa. The same ISIS that is then deployed to destabilize oil and mineral rich regions in Mozambique and the Sahel region. This was completely ignored, and SA and Nigeria chose to engage in smear campaigns against each other instead 😂😂😂😂😂…pathetic!

@jainendebele-fr5fp

Impethu ingena ngenxeba . Be very careful Africans

@destinyashiabi8770

Nigerians didn't even know when south Africans started all these hates.

@Stewart-yp7pq

If it was a lady who's dad was South African and she entered miss Nigeria……

@adenijiademola8270

Nigerian are so loving and welcoming people, despite their challenges in their country, they still never fail to show love

@mammamachitela143

WHY DID YOU NOT MENTION THE IMPORTANT PART,WHICH IS:BOTH HER PARENTS STOLE ANOTHER SOUTH AFRICAN MOTHER'S IDENTITY AND CHIDIMMA'S MOTHER HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR 23 YEARS,WHICH MAKES CHIDIMMA TO NOT BE A SOUTH AFRICAN?YOU GUYS ARE BIASED,YOU FIND JOY IN PAINTING US AS BAD PEOPLE,SHAME ON YOU.

Anonymous

She is not South African..we look after our own..no matter what they look like

@liso6998

Nigerians are frauds, everywhere they go. Now they're using our South African passorts and visas to commit those frauds to other countries. After that they expect us to be acceptive and allow them to do as they please and when we voice our grievance they quickly call us xenophobics.

@ntokozombonani7971

This is half baked journalism from Al Jazeera, question you need to answer (i) what are the paths to obtain South African citizenship? (ii) Was her citizenship lawfully obtained (iii) Was Chidima born in South Africa? (iv) how did this identify fraud impact an innocent South African mom and her child? (v) where is her mom? (vii) how much of an issue is identity theft in South Africa particularly by foreign nationals?
