If we have (reliable, specific and swift) systems we can trust, then we depend less on trusting people – we know that it's impossible for them to do anything bad (i.e outside agreed guidelines), because there will be swift, specific and guaranteed consequences if they do so.
I gave the example of Uber drivers. Uber doesn't have to heavily depend on training and work experience of drivers – they have systems (star ratings etc), that ensure that the drivers emulate corporate guidelines of the ideal driver, as much as possible.
So I pray that Gen Zs always keep accountability & systems in their minds. That will also deal with mistrust between them, therefore help them become more effective.

If Uhuru was serious about how dangerous Ruto was he should not have backed an alternative that is more dangerous than Ruto! Raila is worse choice than Ruto because he is behind Kenya broken dreams for the last 22 years as Handshake partner to Moi, Kibaki, Uhuru and Ruto, the driver of corruption gateway car instead of the watchman role of opposition.
Uhuru shoujd take responsible for the Ruto being elected for not picking a better alternative to Ruto because Raila is infinitely worse than Ruto.. Yes Uhuru was playing the the Dynasty hand by picking Raila and now many of us believe Uhuru is in cahoots with Raila and Ruto behind Gachagua impeachment and still have ambitions to subjugate the Mountain under Kenyatta imperial rule. Wake up Mountain the Dynasties are still plotting to control you fot their enrichment. Uhuru should stop singing his “I told you so” song because he picked someone who had terrorized and demonized Molima people for decades! Gachagua is being impeached because he is blocking them.
