  1. I've finally got Lean with flat stomach on the protocols and just 7-8g fat a day, I don't run or cycle but do tree cutting which becomes my exercise.
    You've always said if you begin to get too lean then temporarily increase fat intake slightly,
    How much fat and roughly how long for?.
    Is there no way to just be able to maintain where you are? Cheers.

  5. Agree mostly but the truth is that the optimal diet is nearly impossible to achieve due to exactly what you Said (fat, sick, diseased) what pharma and financiers dream of in a populace. We could have had extremley ethical protein consumption like the north American natives pre genocide (they had estimated avg v02 max levels between 70-100) they were all documented by the first settlers as having insanely good physiques even into old age of which they often lived longer than Europeans at that time with 90% less chronic disease and even in rare groups that follow the protocol today have been studied and have virtually 0 cases of cancers or metabolic diseases. They could chase deer, and elk and bison for literally days on end running a marathon or two at a time then resting while consuming the best highest molecular purity glucose source around: refined tree sap which has some of the most optimal affinity of human absorption as well as being cellular avaliable. They ate SMALL amounts of specifically organ meats that have been shown by soviet scientists in the 70s to have specific "pro drug peptides" that once digested specifically signal to the DNA and rna responsible for healthy cell regulation of the same organs. But the natives lived in harmony with their land and animals for thousands of years never endangering anything and actually making both species stronger and healthier at the same time just the way the world was supposed to be. But now adays protein can't be healthy let alone anything because it's all contaminated thanks to the people who decided petroleum byproducts were the best way to get rich all with full knowledge of what they are doing. They're trying to kill us all. I just want real food that isn't poison or the product of modern abusive agriculture practices.

  6. I think the main problem is seed oils above everything.

    People have been eating carbs, fats, meats, practically everything since time immemorial and weren't getting fat, metabolisms were working. Then seed oils came along and everybody started getting fat. Seed oils are metabolism killers for most and add in far more fat than just the meat alone.

I been following ur protocol since 2016… had a number of traumatic events happen year and half ago and I gained like 2.5 stone within a month, heaviest ive ever been..I’ve realised through a bit of research that cortisol was most likely to blame considering I didn’t change my eating habits…. The weight is hard to shift as I’ve still got a lot of stress going on.. hopefully my cortisol levels drop down so the weight can come back off
