  1. the average Indian is, no offense, short. the good thing about being short is that you can build a lot of big muscles more quickly than a tall person. and if you were all buff you wouldn't need to harass random women and you might be able to get a gf. good luck hindoos

  2. Our generation is exposed to a lot of stress because of school, and it reached peak during 13-15 years of age, that is when we appear for 10th, 12th exams and apply for colleges. That is also the time naturally Our bodies go through hormonal changes. Being exposed to so much stress, plus lack of nutrition and exercise, during those formative years messes up our hormones for the life time. I gained so much weight during that time, and have been struggling ever since.

  3. The funniest phase you said about "check with your doctor". Lol, the doctors here are the most ignorant about nutrition. I ask any of my doctors, 9 in 10 will say eggs are high in cholesterol and there is no need of taking protein suppliments. They think the dals are enough to get adequate protein.
