I was at my gym on the treadmill and on the TV they were playing some doco on dance groups in Nigeria.
And I immediately noticed how most of them were absolutely shredded with 8 pack abs – not just the dancers, but casual onlookers in the crowd without a shirt.

I never get this really fat people and i dont like them. Everyday sport and i have to eat at least 4 meals a day and dont gain weight. Some people in the sauna are so crazy fat, maybe 150 – 200kg.

I mean, the problem with that theory is that in the abundance of food is the abundance of everything else because all species ever primarily care about food. So to get that abundance of food, you have agriculture, you have medicine, and now we have porn pornography, so not getting a mate doesnโt even matter that much. I donโt think thereโs any evolutionary situation where an abundance of food results in a bunch of cut humans. We just solve all the problems that come within an abundance of food.
So weโre on track to evolve that wayโฆ

I just automatically do more physically demanding tasks and burn it off. I've stayed virtually the same weight for 2-3 years after not working out.
Itโs the portions of food, you got to think back then, we were hunting n gathering our food, so we spent a lot of time running n walking for food, even gathering plants took us to be proactive majority of the time. Thatโs why for the most part, majority of us were skinny until recently, even back then, the food portions were much smaller and we were walking a lot more. The world just became lazier since you donโt have to work as hard for food.
As a white guy i can eat anything while not really working out and i look absolutely shredded.
Nature is already done selecting u.s in that way. All of these diseases are only life-threatening after you've already had the time to reproduce.

The other thing people always forget is selection pressure really only apply to the point of reproduction. Once you've done that, not much else matter too much
