Nigeria music itself is second to none, is only Nigeria music that silence American music now. In the other hand, Ghanaians are trying, but Nigeria is up there

@chikeagbo3531

Bro I love Ghanaian music but to be honest Nigerian music is dope…Nigerian music is also dominating in other African countries…I love Ghanaian old highlife music..So authentic…You can’t go wrong with old Ghanaian highlife…

@afredidehal6791

Money is wealth and wealth is power.Power is access.Hollywood is every where including Nigeria cos of their wealth and might…does that mean Nigeria and every one who listens to US music and movies hate their own.You need to read btn the lines and admit that your country Nigeria has numbers and wealth to penetrate every where in Africa.You are the most populous nation in Africa and you sing in a common language(pidgin English) that is relatable.Can you imagine Nigerians using their local languages like Ibo or Yoruba to sing…it won't make waves across the globe like pidgin.Ghanaian musicians are not as rich as your artists to influence or make quality videos etc.But trust me, Nigerians aren't talented than Ghanaians in any way.I sometimes listen to a song like Last Last by Burner Boy and it's not an extraordinary song but guess what…coz of the connections he has with the foreign media and record labels as a result of money.He is all over playing all the big concerts.Talents alone cannot take Ghanaian artists to the levels of Wizkid and co but money and links that our artist lack to rob shoulders with Nigerians can take us there.It's just not possible for any Ghanaian artists to play a concert or a show and charge like 50k dollars coz the venues are just too small and the country is small.But you know your A list artists charge more than 50k to play a show in Nigeria cos of the numbers and the size of the country they play multiple shows that fetch them a lot more.So don't make it look like our artists are not trying hard enough and we don't love our music.We love our sounds and music very much and we like any music too as well whether from Nigeria or anywhere too.One thing am proud of is the fact that both Ghana and Nigeria have influenced each other in many ways especially musically.Like Mr eazi once said that Ghana music has influenced Nigerian music the most in a podcast in US and Nigerians came for him.I can tell you,he Mr eazi started his music career in Ghana but he is now richer than all Gh 🇬🇭 artists because he is from Nigeria.But you agree,most Ghanaian artists have more hit songs than him but they ain't rich like him.There's a huge gap btn Ghana and Nigerian music industry no matter how hard we try.It's like comparing the UK music industry to the US music.It's like Beyounce topping chats in UK or Australia but does it mean,the UK don't love Ed Sheeran or Stormzy or their sounds…You should read in between the lines and stop comparing chats.

@paulifeany4022

@Mcdorni1

First of all there are a bunch list of Nigerians here in Ghana.. even there are a lot of them in most of the small small towns and villages.. just recently some have been sacked from some 3 villages in the Western Region of Ghana.. cuz they even let this under age kids sleep with them… long story short.. the Nigerians here always request for Nigerian songs where ever they are and influencing the Ghanaians to like Nigerian songs more..
