Calling Abidjan the "Manhattan of Africa" is so disingenuous. You clearly have never been to Jo-burg South Africa, Lagos Nigeria or even Nairobi Kenya! Come on, man. Abidjan is nice but there are more developed cities on the continent.
Abidjan is a very beautiful, pleasant and busy metropolitan city on the African continent. The city is expanding fast with major infrastructure projects.
