Why 1 Day in Lusaka, Zambia is Enough! ❌

This vlog about Lusaka, the capital about Zambia is not at all to bring down the city. Let’s just be honest… there aren’t many things to do in Lusaka or places to see.

Check out the complete list of things to do in Lusaka, Zambia in my blog post: (coming soon)

I stayed in Lusaka for 4 nights and sincerely tried to make the most of it. There…

  1. Lusaka indeed doesn't offer much. The street markets makes the whole place look like one big komboni. With the Musi ou Tunya Falls to sell to the world, we are not doing a good job to make our public places interesting. We ought to do much better than this if we are to be competitive.

  2. Not trying to be rude or tear anyone down just being honest… This guys seems like a total Dbag. Why would you say that to the guide at the end? Thats something you keep to yourself or say privately on video. Extremely rude.

  3. I am not sure what the purpose of this video is. Explore or stereotype. Its like visiting New Lots in Brooklyn or some other place near East New York and then say"Yup! Thats New York for ya!" Never mind Madison Avenue, Times Square, Central Park, Bronx Botanical Garden or Zoo. Good God!

  4. This country does not do anything about the dog meat trade. Dogs are being killed routinely for meat. Those horrific markets should stop ! I suggest you find other places to go. Cruelty towards animals should not be tolerated, but Zambian government does not care.

  5. What an insufferable guy. Didn’t even take the time to ask people who’re actually in the know about what to do. Good thing he’s irrelevant at 25k subscribers. Can’t have millions watching this rubbish. And they always visit with such a high horse attitude.

  6. i came to intervene, i think you got it wrong, they are actually a couple of things to do in lusaka, they are many game parks, and a couple more things.. someone listed them below not so much tho but your videos has a lot missing. also they are so much churches than mosques you can actually laugh when you see how many are so close to each other.. in my area they are about 10 to 15 churches within a 5km radius. try going to chibolya, Lusaka

  7. You just wentnto 1 small part of the country or place in the city and said you went to Zambia. Come on.

It doesn't look like this everywhere. Why are you trying to make the place look bad? Disappointing

  8. Not welcome at all don’t come being all smart in Africa we good people but these are the types we want nothing with just negative negative like you got you life and country sorted and you don’t know the condition Africa is coming from

Not welcome in Zambia if you are like him and I’m from Zambia straight up!

  9. I lived in Lusaka over 50 years ago for a couple of years. It has changed a lot, I vaguely remembered the market, and certainly the cathedral as I lived near there. I didn't really recognise anywhere else. We used go to Munda Wanga but as I remember it was just a garden with a swimming pool, nice place to go though.

  10. Zambian people are considered among the friendliest across southern Africa. Zambia is about living. You missed the boat on the essence of Lusaka.

  11. I visited Lusaka last month for two days (I'm from Canada) and really enjoyed it. I found it lively, interesting and fun. The markets and Cairo street are fascinating. I'm surprised he didn't mention the national museum (behind the statue), which I found excellent.

  12. I'm Zambian, Lusaka has much more to see. This is a stupid vlog and you only showed bad parts. Did you even do reasearch? I hate these types of people. Trying to misrepresent paces isn't cool. Anyways, what do you mean "$15"? We use Kwacha in Zambia. Not USD. -infinity/10 review. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Awe Mwandini

  13. Don't tourists do research before they visit a place? I'm pretty sure had you done your research as the tourist you claim to be you'd have avoided going there instead of discouraging other people from visiting. ALSO, had your people not stole from us maybe Africa would be 'more pleasing' to explore 😏. So you visit a city that wasn't soo interesting yet you went ahead and posted the video?? FOR LIKES?? 😂 Tour around Europe and go check out the beautiful and ' INTERESTING' buildings that were built by African slaves 😏 pretty sure you'll have the nicest things to say about that.
