You can't "educate" or train racism out of America. Racism is an institution of advantages, privileges, and protections given to the preferred group or race (whites) while simultaneously disadvantaging and oppressing the targeted group or race (blacks) in America and abroad.
So you can't legislate or use the so-called justice system to manage or control racism because the same people who benefit from racism are in control of its institutions.
Black Americans have been oppressed with racism for over 400 years now, and we're not much better off than when we started.
Some still believe that we can vote on a solution to end racism or buy our way out of racism through business ownership, but after 400 years and trying all of the above and then some, we should all know by now that that isn't going to happen.
There is only one way out of racism or Esau's world, and that's via returning to Father YAH and obeying HIS laws, statutes, and commandments. Only then will we be free from the judgments of breaking our covenant with Father YAH:
