  1. As an Indian watching this..this video is ridiculous.. there’s a reason vegetarian’s have so many health problems, specifically diabetes, and strokes in the Indian community. Stop this vegetarian BS

  2. This video is not exactly pointless, she made a point that there are things to consider such as religious beliefs, climate etc that need to be considered when planning a diet. I think the title was to emphasize the fact that there are other reasons other than blood type. 😅 I am glad I watched it.

  3. My blood type is b+ I'm black with European dna. Our blood type ancestor IS Genghis Khan we are in ways family we cannot eat like the world because the next person looks like us we MUST stay healthy with OUR blood type not with the blood type diet of other. I eat deer meat I dont eat rabbit but I do eat beef the protein in the animal for our blood type is necessary for our longevity blood type bs need cheeses but stay away from (non) american cheese, corn products and chicken is not health for us. Seen 2013 up till 2022 I have been on a consistancy of my blood type diet I HAVE paper work on my result of blood work I have never felt this healthy and happy less and less doctor visits I am 40 years of age and with the body of a 20 year old. I also drink kefir monthly. Yogurt are good but kefir is better. I found its easier for me to fight illness on my blood type B+ plan…. please. I cannot empathize this enough do not eat only according to the person that look like you because the persons that look like you may not always be your blood type tribe. What benefits them may NOT benefit you. I love ALL my blood type B+ family Mongolians for life rest in peace Ancestor Genghis Khan. All my b+ world family stay healthy my friends.

If indians start following blood group diet just like celebrities do all will become healthy ..just like they follow in Japan …A type – fully vegetarian B type can eat both excluding chicken and o type full non veg .. should not eat veg protein like dal milk …can eat carbs Vegetables and meat fish ….A type should eat dal sabzi paneer milk cause genetically it's ancient Hindu blood type of Asians who invented agriculture ..B type evolved from sea shore where they survived on fish ..while O type were hunters and gatherers …so they evolved eating meat ..and it's became a permanent gene in the form of blood type ..so one type food will not suit other type …
