Because Belamdi is a big himar 🐴
After Belmadi said that Algeria don't have one fit stadium and he congrates Morocco for make it to the Semi Final in Qatar world cup , they are after him , because we all know there's no stadiums in Algeria cause the Army ( only Generals) take all the oil and Gaz money after selling it to france for a cheap prices

I thing is the opposite to what you said: the main reason we lost is why did Ounas, who was the best player of the game, got replaced by……the weak Mahrez? You shouldn't send someone off if he's having a good game, period.
We are a country who relies on French Football Talent, I hate to say it. Our domestic leagues and academies are a joke. The only good academy system is Paradou that's it. Morocco has many academies, notably the Mohammed IV academy and don't get me wrong, they rely on a lot of European talent as well, however, a lot of the younger players were brought up through that system and now are shining in the main squad. This can be rooted back to the backwards policies our country has in all bureaucratic affairs, FAF is not any different. Its rooted with toxicity and corruption. We need to completely reform the domestic footballing scene, develope a proper scouting and academy system in Algeria and it will reap wonders in as little as 5 years.
The pressure from the public and the press is what got to our players. We have the talent but our biggest weakness is that our players fold under pressure easily. Especially after what happened in Cameroon and Blida. The Algerian public and press has been ruthless on Belmadi and our players, and that affected them big time!!
Soccer can be a psychological game more than a physical one. But inshaAllah we will rebuild and comeback stronger than ever. Remember this, THIS IS A MINOR SETBACK FOR A MAJOR COMEBACK!!!! 👊🏼🇩🇿🇩🇿
Algeria tried to do too much in the heat. Yes Algerian passion makes their football great but it was too humid for that. Morocco realized that so they played a very relaxed game vs Tanzania. Algeria wanted to win 5-0 , played an awesome first half and got tired. Morocco played like they wanted a 1-0 win and managed the game well, leading to a 3-0.
Why is there an afcon next year?
The heat was the main problem. Bentaleb and Ait Nouri also owe the team an apology especially the latter

The problem with Algeria is that Algeria has a worthless federation. For a country with so many financial and organizational possibilities, the Algerian football federation is just of a terrible level. How many presidents have you gone through in the last 3 to 4 years… 5?
Algeria has no youth teams, so you can't invite young talents at an early age to play for Algeria. All attention was only given to the A team, which has been sanctified after winning the AFCON. What has the Algerian football federation actually invested in Algerian football since winning the AFCON?
Absolutely nothing, that's why Algeria is now completely in panic because Belmadi is leaving, because there is nothing behind it. Algeria has some good talents, but they all already play in the A team, no one has any idea what the new generation should consist of. Okay, Bouanannani, Chgaibi, Gouiri… but they are already playing in the A team. Where are your U23, U20, and U17? What big names do you have walking around there? Absolutely nothing, because you don't invest money and time in those boys. If Algeria starts investing in the youth teams, then you can attract all those talents from France at a young age instead of only pulling at their parents when they are older, hoping that they want to come play for you.
I know a lot of Algerians don't want to hear this, but Algeria should take an example from Morocco. Morocco hardly needs to persuade players at a later age, because these boys have already chosen for Morocco at a younger age: Mazraoui, Amrabat, El Khannouss, Hakimi, and Chadi Riad are examples from the current selection, but also in the U23, U20, and U17 there are boys who have chosen for Morocco at a young age; Akhomach plays in the U23 and scored today against Barcelona, Aznou plays in the U20 and was on the bench today at Bayern Munich, and there are many more to mention.
These boys choose Morocco because Morocco has something to offer them. Every international period, the Moroccan federation organizes matches for all youth teams against the best football countries in the world, everything is top arranged for these boys, they have nothing to worry about: these boys want nothing else but to play for Morocco.
That's what Algeria should also start doing. Invest in your youth teams and then scout the boys you have in Europe so that you can start working with these boys at an early age. Now it's just hoping that Cherki or Adli change their minds… boys that you never looked at and only start scouting when they break through

Game management to my opinion. It has become very obvious since past Afcon that we are unable to break up low block defences. We should have let the teams possess the ball intermittently and look for opportunities through quick transitions and counter attaque. Until now I do not understand why we have not sat back and wait since the draw with Mauritania was more than enough to qualify. They would have never scored even with 1 hour extra time.
Tougai in defence is to blame 100%.
This is my humble opinion. I’m a Moroccan.
The first game was poor game management. I don’t understand why Belmadi choose to play full high pressure football from the start in the first match. It didn’t pay off with multiple goals. They burned themselves. They wasted too much energy in the first half of the first match.
Algeria didn’t create much chances despite the full pressing. Belmadi was hoping to score two early goals and sit back for the rest of the match. He played Russian roulette in these weather conditions.
He played with Mahrez, Bounedjah and Belaila in the attack. All three don’t have pace and good off ball movement. Bounedjah had one good run and scored. It was poor goalkeeping. The keeper decided to move backwards on his line. If he didn’t choose to do that. He would simply catch the ball. He made the angle for Bounedjah much bigger by moving and diving backwards.
Belmadi put all his cards on the table in the first half. It worked in ball possession but not in goals and chances. They physically collapsed in the second half. They took a mental hit from this. They never recovered from this.
The draw put so much pressure on Algeria in the remaining games.
Inshallah if Zidane will come he will clean the team
Looking back at it another huge issue was bensebaini getting suspended. Whenever we lose him in a decisive game e.g. cameroon and mauritania. Hes not available
