When is the best time to add butter to your Nigerian Jollof Rice??

1. Tastebudz, thanks for the info on when to add the butter/margarine. I usually put it in the water first, but I don’t get the taste after it’s cooked.

   Can you tell me how to cook brown rice to make it delicious? I’m great at white rice, but horrible at brown rice.
