Quite telling how only African countries comply with the ICC ruling, however we live in a world where 5 UN countries have the power to Veto decisions, therefore dictate the rule of law for everyone else and will never stand accountable for their own actions, this is massive injustice and inequality at institutional levels and is fixed so that the small countries yield to the decisions of the larger ones. So as it stands, the ICC and UN are not fit for purpose and never will be until they remove the Veto.

  4. International law is deigned only to punish a darker skin meaning Africa and Asia. If UN headquarters and ICJ were situated in the middle of the sea in no man's land then we could start talking about these laws.
