On 2 March, Congo Airways Deputy Director General Jean-Claude Mubenga and Khaled Sadek, Director General of the A&M Development group, signed a memorandum of understanding along with interim Minister of Transport Marc Ekila Likombio and Adèle Kahinda, minister of the portfolio.
