You are a Hotel guest but don't get a place in the Restaurant or in the spa? Doesn't sound good.
My boss and her family went here for Christmas.
The hotel looks lovely. Your volume is so low possibly because you are speaking quietly and maybe also have the volume down on your filming device. It’s something to consider next time. Thanks for sharing your experience though 👍🏽
