That’s just false. We are talking about a “crash” correct? The jet crashing after an ejection isn’t the same as a crash. That’s a decision to crash the jet to save your life. It’d take some real stupid decision making for you to crash a jet (you most likely wouldn’t live. If you did you’d be in a bad way for life) for them to actually try and take action against you for it. An ejection has its own set of guidelines so when you say crash , it means crash. Nobody’s allowed to fly after a crash. I’m not sure I’ve heard of anyone in history that was physically capable of flying a fighter jet again after crashing a fighter jet. Ejecting is different because you do have a small chance of being perfectly fine. Most cases you fuck up your back real bad tho to the point you’re not allowed to fly above a certain g level anymore which means no fighter jets. But you said crash. When people in fighter jets crash , they either die or are suffering for life. I’d love for you to name one pilot the military tried charging after they had crashed a jet.
