Well for many people who too serious for information she said. Please be patient and look. How young she is. So if about historical. We can assume she not understand and only say what she knew. Short review of growing up as a Chindo in Medan
– Racism is still there but minimal
– People directly assuming that i'm a "Cina" (meaning Chinese Descent) that I'm rich. I'm well off financially but definitely not on the rich part tho
– Food is the best & makes neighboring countries food taste so inferior. Toughest rival is Thai food
– If you have trouble on the street, like accidentally bump into someone, people will be braver to argue with you because you're a "Cina" (again, racism is still there)
– Police officers will likely ask more money out of you if you violate traffic rules (refer to point number 2)
– If you happen to own a business, you'll be the first one to be targeted by local punks (again, refer to number 2)
