The army should be taken out of anything related to economy. This can only happen with a change of regime. Each minute passing makes it worse. What are people waiting to go on the streets? Starve? They are already. Maybe they wait until they become the colony of their neighbours and see the country partitioned in 2 😢

as an egyptian i'd like to thank you for being one of the only few people that exist to say the truth about my country's economic situation, unfortunately there are no local sources if information to be trusted, they either tell you the situation is totally doomed for political reasons and to try to convince people turning on the government, or tell you everything's alright and no need to worry at all, misleading both ways
