The African food has a very wide variety,today I’m sharing about most eaten African Food based to some regions of Africa. Along the video I describe foods eaten in some places of Africa, how some African food are made, how some african cuisine are influenced by outside food and many other surprise about the African Food, Hope you enjoy.

  1. Many African Foods be it from West, East, Central, South, And North have a lot of proteins, nutrients, vitamins, electrolytes, sodiums, and other good healthy ingredients

    In the Great Sahara desert region, the following traditional fermented local paverages are (made by women):

    (1)Arak:
    In East Africa. Sweeter than Vodca. +80% Alcohol

    (2)Merisa:
    In West of Sudan for guests. +50% Alcohol.

    3)Sharbot:
    During Muslim Eid Adha after Ramadan. +20% Alcohol.
